Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Wanted to get a jacuzzi room for the night for my girlfriends birthday. Everything online says that they have jacuzzi rooms available. I book this jacuzzi room for the same night for over 200$ and even call before leaving to make sure my reservation went through for the jacuzzi room. They said yes everything is fine. I drive 40 minutes here just to get into my room and it’s super small with no jacuzzi. Go back downstairs to ask and have to wait almost half hour for somebody to come back to the counter. Just for them to tell me that they know the offer jacuzzi rooms but they’ve removed the jacuzzis out of all the rooms for renovations. Then tell me I can’t cancel my reservation due to same day for the hotel room. (Which is a tiny hotel room with basically nothing in it) and the most they could offer was knocking 50$ off of my bill. So still got stuck with a 170 dollar hotel bill for nothing I couldn’t have done at my own house. I would have never even showed up here if it wasn’t for the jacuzzi rooms. Not to mention was loud banging all night long. I’ve been up and down the east coast and never had a hotel this bad and unorganized. Wish I would have never came. Nor did the staff really care. I would have rather just left but you can’t even cancel after showing up and being lied to about rooms that aren’t even existent in this place.

I stay at the Country Inn in Dayton, excellent hotel superior service and rooms. My experience here was terrible! Third floor had a paint or chemical smell. The only ice machine that worked was on the main floor. Breakfast....um, no thanks but the workmen doing construction seemed to enjoy it. Can we talk about pillows? Having a pillow on the bed bigger than a breath mint would have been nice. The issue that really irritated me was they automatically charged me $100 in case of damages which hasn't been refunded to me and also leads me to believe they've had trouble at this hotel before. We have to come to Childrens in AKron every 6 months, but we won't be staying here.
